摘要:

目的：观察通脉养心丸对实验性心律失常的保护作用。方法：采用氯仿致小鼠心律失常及氯化钡(BaCl₂)致大鼠心律失常模型，观察通脉养心丸对氯仿致小鼠心脏停搏(CA)的潜伏期(min)、室颤发生率(%)及BaCl₂致大鼠心律失常持续时间(min)的影响。结果：通脉养心丸可明显降低氯仿所致小鼠的室颤发生率，延长CA的潜伏期，显著缩短BaCl₂所致心律失常的持续时间，且4.0g/kg剂量组作用明显优于2.0g/kg、1.0g/kg剂量组。结论：通脉养心丸对实验性心律失常具有保护作用。

Abstract:

To observe protection of Tongmai Yangxin Pill on arrhythmia on animal models.Methods:The models were established on mice and rats respectively by chloroform and BaCl₂, and given Tongmai Yangxin Pill, then observed latent time of heart arrest and fibrillation ventricular on mice model, and duration of arrhythmia on rats model.Results:Tongmai Yangxin Pill can significantly reduce fibrillation ventricular incidence, prolong CA latent period, shorten duration of BaCl₂ induced arrhythmia, in particular the dosage of 4.0g/kg was preferable to 2.0 g/kg and 1.0 g/kg.Conclusion:Tongmai Yangxin Pill has good protective effect on arrhythmia on animal models.
