摘要:

目的：观察中药联合针灸治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法：选择符合突发性耳聋诊断标准的患者，随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例，治疗组用针灸及中药治疗，并用血塞通注射液；对照组用凯时及甲钴胺治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为9167%。对照组总有效率为7333%。2者相比有显著性差异（P<005）。结论：针灸及中药结合治疗突发性耳聋有确切的临床疗效。

Abstract:

To observe effect of Combination of Acupuncture and Medicine on sudden deafness. Methods:Patients meeting the diagnosis criteria of sudden deafness, were randomized to control group (n=60) and treatment group (n=60). Treatment group took acupuncture and medicine plus Xueshuantong Injection; control group took Lipo-PGE1 and mecobalamin. Results:Total effective rate of treatment group was 91.67%, that of control group was 73.33% (P<005). Conclusion: Combination of Acupuncture and Medicine has definite clinical effect on sudden deafness.
