Abstract:To investigate effect of Bitongling Granule on microvessel density and IL-17 mRNA expression in collagen introduce arthritis Rats. Methods:To establish the collagen introduce arthritis Rat models, determined microvessel density by IHCA, assessed IL-17 mRNA expression in lung tissue by PCR so as to evaluate action mechanism of the Granule on angiogenesis in lung tissue of the model rats. Methods:Bitongling Granule can reduce microvessel density and excessive IL-17 mRNA expression. Conclusion: Bitongling Granule can treat angiogenesis in lung tissue of collagen introduce arthritis Rats, which may be achieved through reducing IL-17 mRNA expression.
