加味血府逐瘀汤抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

摘要:

目的：研究加味血府逐瘀汤对小鼠腹水型H₂₂移植性肿瘤模型的抗肿瘤作用和对VEGF的影响。方法：昆明种雄性小鼠100只，接种H₂₂肝癌细胞，建立小鼠腹水型H₂₂移植性肿瘤模型，随机分为10组，分别给予生理盐水、卡培他滨、加味血府逐瘀汤（高、中、低剂量）灌胃，连续10天，第11天处死，观察抑瘤率、生命延长率的变化；用免疫组化方法检测VEGF在肿瘤中的表达，SPSS13.0软件作统计学分析。结果：卡培他滨、加味血府逐瘀汤（高、中、低剂量）组的抑瘤率分别为60%、49%、41%、35%，生命延长率分别为1.68%、157.98%、70.58%、49.57%。结论：加味血府逐瘀汤能明显抑制荷瘤小鼠肿瘤细胞增殖，明显延长荷瘤小鼠的生存时间，降低肿瘤组织和瘤周组织中的VEGF表达。

Abstract:

To investigate anti-tumor effect of Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and its impact on VEGF. Methods:Adult male mice (n=100), inoculated with H₂₂ hepatoma cells, were randomized to 10 groups and administered saline, capecitabine, Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction (high, medium and low dose). Tumor inhibition rate, life extension rate and the expression of VEGF in tumors were detected on Day11. Results:Tumor inhibition rate of Capecitabine and Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction at high, medium and low dose were 60%, 49%, 41%, 35%, life extension rate: 1.68% 157.98%, 70.58%, 49.57%. Conclusion:Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can inhibit tumor cell proliferation in tumor bearing mice, significantly prolong the survival time of mice, and reduce expression of VEGF in the tumor tissue.
