The method was established for determination of the content of naringin in Kanggu Zengsheng Tablet. Methods: C₁₈ column was used with gradient elution of Acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (14:86:4) as mobile phase by flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 283nm and the column temperature was 40℃. Results: The cabibration curves of naringin was in good linearity over the range of 0.0284～0.0994μg (r=0.9999). The average recoverage of naringin was 98.76% (n=6， RSD 0.68%). Conclusion: The method is accurate and quick for determinating the content of naringin in Kanggu Zengsheng Tablet.
