To observe clinical theraputic effect of Zhongliu Neixao Pill on uterine fibroids.Methods: Sixty patients diagnosed with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into 2 groups: the treatment group (30 cases)and the control group (30 cases).The treatment group received Zhongliuneixaowan，and the control group received mifepristone.The clinical effect was compared after 3 months clinical course.Results:The effect rate of Treatment group is 86.67%，and the control group is 63.33%.Conclusion:Clinical effect of Zhongliuneixaowan on Uterine fibroids is more significant than mifepristone desere the clinical expansion.
