To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Kaimi formulation combined with biofeedback technology on constipation of spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:Thirty cases of the control group were treated with Yiqi Kaimi formulation by oral taken and biofeedback technology. the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptoms, and anorectal manometry were observed.Results:Scores on TCM symptoms, anorectal manometry of the two groups were significantly different before and after the treatment（P<0.01) .the efficacy rates of the treatment group about TCM about total effective rate were 86.66% , which were higher than those of control group.Conclusion:Yiqi Kaimi Formulation combined with biofeedback technology has better effect on treating the constipation of spleen deficiency syndrome.
