To observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound Jinhengling on relieving chemotherapy side effects in postoperative patients of breast cancer.Methods:Patients treated with Docetaxel and Epirubicin were divided into two groups. the treatment group were given compound Jinhengling，while the control group were given placebo for six courses.Results:After chemotherapy，the incidence of hair loss，diarrhea，stomatitis，infection，allergies and fever were very low in the two groups. Started from the 3rd course of treatment，the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group were lower(P<0.05)than in the control group; Started from the 2nd course of treatment，the incidence of weakness in the treatment group was lower(P<0.05)than in the control group.Conclusion:The compound Jinhengling has obvious effect on relieving chemotherapy side effects in postoperative patients of breast cancer，and can improve the immunity and life quality of breast cancer patients.
