To establish the method for determination of the content of matrine in Fuji Lotion.Methods:C₁₈ column was used with gradient elution of 0.016mol·L^-1 monobasic potassium phosphate -0.016mol·L^-1 sodium dodecyl sulfate-acetonitrile (30:30:35)as mobile phase by flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1，and the detection wavelength was 220nm.Results:The cabibration curves of matrine was in good linearity over the range of 0.515～5.15μg (r=0.9999).The average recoverage of matrine was 98.73% (n=6，RSD 1.01%).Conclusion:The method is accurate and quick for determination of Fuji Lotion.
