To explore the clinical effect of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with pregnancy health education for threatened abortion. Methods: A total of 196 cases of threatened abortion patients within the first 12 gestational weeks in author's hospital from October 2010 to October 2011 were recruited. Through hospital ward round to know the pregnancies，we gave the treatment of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with pregnancy health education to patients. Results: After treatment，the therapy of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with health education protected 183 cases successfully，and the effective rate was 93.36%，the fetus were all in good condition verified by ultrasound scan. During treatment，pregnant women did not have any obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion: The treatment of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with pregnancy health education for threatened abortion was safe and effective，and worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
