Celastrol is a compound of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f, which has strong anti-tumor activity in vitro and in vivo. Research has shown celastrol can inhibit tumor metastasis and angiogenesis，and induce apoptosis of tumour cells. According to a large number of domestic and international studies on Celastrol in recent years, anti-tumor effects of Celastrol were reviewed, so as to provide a basis for the anti-tumor research of Celastrol.
