Based on literature review and summary of clinical cases， this paper stated that the function of liver plays an important role in the physiological functions， pathological characteristics and treatment of disease of most zang-fu organs and tissues. It concerns human health and outcome of diseases. Therefore， we should pay great attention to liver function. And different kinds of miscellaneous internal diseases should be considered to control and treat from liver.
