To observe the efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao granule in treating post-stroke cognitive impairment. Methods:A total of 80 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment were recruited and randomized into 2 groups. Group A was treated with conventional treatment; based on this， group B was also treated with Yangxue Qingnao granule. The clinical effect， MMSE， ADL and TCM syndrome score were evaluated in both groups. Results:The indexes in treatment group were significantly superior to those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yangxue Qingnao granule has good therapeutic effect on post-stroke cognitive impairment.
