Abstract:This paper summaries the training outcome of students majored in pharmaceutical marketing in TCM higher education institutes during year 2000 to 2010, as well as the current situation of pharmaceutical marketing employees. Research samples were chosen including 31 students from the first phase of Xiansheng Business Academy and 30 students of the same grade from Pharmaceutical Marketing Subject of Economic and Trade Management Academy. The creativity and innovative study were tested on the two groups who were under different teaching resources. The outcome of T test analysis showed that the creativity and innovative study scores of the students from the Business Academy were significantly higher than that of students from the other group. The conclusion would provide some suggestions to the training of innovative pharmaceutical marketing talents.
