“Harmony” is a very important concept in ancient philosophies and medical thoughts, after the development and improvement by generations of doctors，the harmonizing rule has been widely used in the treatment of various diseases. The complicated pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of tumors, which is often present with contradictions, have made it difficult to apply single method to treat. Hence, exploring the harmonizing rule in treating tumor may better play the part of Chinese medicine.
