Shuanghuanglian(SHL) powder injection is a compound preparation that made from Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, Radix Scutellariae and Fructus Forsythiae extracted in certain proportion. It is used to resist virus and bacteria. Though the therapeutic effect is satisfactory, the growing occurrence of the adverse reaction has made it a hot spot to study. This paper summarizes recent research achievements on the foundation substances which caused adverse reaction of ShuangHuangLian powder injection so as to provide ideas and methods for future Shuanghuanglian powder injection adverse reaction mechanism researches.
