This paper put forward that the pathogenic toxin can cause syndrome of toxin bi, among which Sjogren Syndrome (SS) is the representative disease. The immanent cause for SS is prenatal deficiency; exogenous pathogenic toxin is the precipitating factor; the endogenous phlegm and blood stasis are the pathologic basis of the onset and development of SS. The principle and method for treating SS is Toxicity attack therapy, such as toxin removing, toxin expelling, detoxification, toxin resisting, toxin searching. This paper introduced the author’s years of clinical experience on using poisonous herbs to treat SS.
