To investigate efficacy of Jinghua Weikang Capsules combined with amoxicillin and clarithromycin, ray Bella, "triple" therapy on peptic ulcer (PU) and on clearance of Helicobacter pylori (HP).Methods:Gastroscopy confirmed PU A1 or A2 phase patients, meeting cold heat complex, Qi stagnant blood stasis, had HP tested positive by the C14 urea breath test, were randomly divided into three groups, Jinghua group, quadruple and triple group, 100 cases in each group. Triple group received ray Bella azole capsule for 6 weeks; clarithromycin extended release tablets for 1 week. On top of medications, Quadruple group received Bismuth Potassium Citrate Granules for 2 weeks, and Jinghua group recieved Jinghua Weikang Capsules for 6 weeks. Ulcer healing rate and Helicobacter pylori clearancewere observed.Results:Healing rates of Jinghua group, triple and quadruple group were 93%,88% and 90%, there was significant difference between triple group and Jinghua group (P<0.05), quadruple group and Jinghua group showed no significant difference (P>0.05); H.pylori clearancerates were 95%,86% and 88% respectively and Jinghua group had significant differences with other two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinghua Weikang Capsule combined with ray Bella, clarithromycin, amoxicillin is effective to heal peptic ulcers and improve helicobacter pylori clearance.
