Wang Tieliang is a medical director from the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Heilongjiang Province. Working as a PhD supervisor in Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine, he is among the second, third, fourth, and fifth batches of TCM expert academic experience inheritance to guide the work of the TCM teachers.
