    摘要:

    通过系统疏理历代主流本草著作关于白术性味及相关功效主治的记载,对白术性味的历史沿革进行归纳总结,整理出白术温热之性和苦、甘、辛味的发展演变过程,并对温热性、苦甘辛味和白术功效与临床应用的关系进行分析。从而得出古本草对白术温热性程度的认识存有争议,而且有本草著作认为白术不但有甘苦味,并有辛味。此与现代药典记载有所出入,需进一步的实验研究论证。

    Abstract:

    After reviewing the mainstream herbal classics on nature, flavour, related indications, and efficacy of Rhizoma Atractylodes Macrocephala, this paper summarized the history and evolution of the nature and flavor of Rhizoma Atractylodes Macrocephala, pointing out its development history of warm-heat nature and bitter,sweet,pungent flavor, and meanwhile analyzed their relations to clinical application. The paper concluded that there were controversial descriptions in ancient classics on the warm-heat nature of Rhizoma Atractylodes Macrocephala, as well as the mentioning of pungent flavor which were different from the modern pharmacopeias and needed further experimental evidence.
