本文旨在翻译并介绍《日本药局方》（第16版）收载的近红外分光光度法的相关内容，包括近红外分光光度法的原理、方法、设备、以及其在定量和定性分析中的应用等，以期为我国更好的研究和应用近红外光谱法提供有益参考。

Abstract:

Abstract This paper was aimed to translate and introduce the principles，methods，equipment，and applications to quantitative and qualitative analysis of near infrared spectrometry(NIRS)in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia the Sixteenth Edition，and to provide a useful reference for better research and application of Near Infrared Spectrometry in our country.
