To research the clinical curative effect of compound oral liquid of Di Fu in treating climacteric syndrome. Methods: 400 climacteric syndrome patients were randomly assigned to the control group and observation Group, the control group was given Neal, estradiol, Gamma-oryzanol, observation group was treated by compound oral liquid of Di Fu, compare effect of the two group. Results: Observation group’s total effective rate (94.5%) was significantly higher than the control group (77%), Observation group’s Kupperman scores after treatment (6.89±3.17) reduced more significantly than the control group (13.43±4.68) (P<0.05); after treatment both groups had shown a remarkable reduction of LH, FSH levels and increase of E2 serum level, increase of E2 level in observation group was statistically significant compared to that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound oral liquid of Di Fu can effectively improve ovarian function and alleviate clinical symptoms of climacteric syndrome, therefore recommended to be used in clinic.
