Abstract:Abstract The author had worked in Essen, Germany as a visiting professor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for one year and got some ideas related to wind-cold headache and migraine. According to TCM theory, the high morbidity of headache and migraine in Essen region has something to do with the cold, windy local environment and climate. Using TCM theory and traditional Chinese herbs to treat and prevent wind-cold headache can be very effective.
