To observe curative effect of agreement Yiqihuoxue plaster. Methods：The prospective controlled study enrolled 60 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome (QDBSS) to treatment group which applied Yiqihuoxue plaster，and meanwhile included 60 healthy adults to control group. The integral of TCM syndrome and hemorheological indices were observed. Results：The integration of symptoms descended at the 28th day (P<0.05)，and the indexes of hemorheology (including HSRV，MSRV，LSRV，EET) declined dramatically (P<0.05).Conclusion：Yiqihuoxue plaster can receive symptoms and reduce blood viscosity，and it is worth general application.
