This paper makes a summary on hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity of Chinese herbal medicine currently and sums up detoxification measures， such as clearance of the unabsorbed toxic substances， prevention of the absorption of the poison， promotion of excretion of the poison， the rational use of antidote.Meanwhile， we have concluded methods about choosing the appropriate antidote based on the different kinds of drugs at present in order to provide some reference for clinical rational drug use and timely treatment for the poisoning.
