“Huangdi Neijing” founded the theory and methodology foundation of channel diseases and vascular diseases, including the contents on disease name, cause, pathogenesis, occurrence, symptoms, transmissions, diagnosis and treatment. This paper explores the pathogenesis and instruction for clinical practice of channel and vascular diseases from the aspects of “Treatise on Pain” in “Plain Questions”.
