This paper introduces the clinical experience of teacher Wang’s treatment on chest impediment and cardiodynia by acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture are both used to treat the disease at the same time. The middle stripe of forehead， the first stripe beside mid-forehead and the middle stripe of the top of head are selected to apply the scalp acupuncture. And meridian diagnosis method is applied to select acupoints in body acupuncture from the spleen meridian， stomach meridian， liver meridian， gallbladder meridian， kidney meridian， heart meridian and pericardium meridian. In Mr. Wang’s opinion， this disease mainly manifests excess syndrome， so Dachaihu decoction combined Guizhifuling decoction are applied which show a significant effect.
