To establish a content determination method of Astragaloside in Huangqi Shengluo Fukang Pill by HPLC-ELSD.Methods： The chromatographic Column Diamonsic C18（4.6mm×250mm，5μm）was set. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water (35：65)， and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1. The column temperature was 40℃，and the content was determined with evaporate light scattering detector (ELSD). The temperature of spray chamber was 80℃ and the temperature of evaporator was 100℃.The gas flow rate of parameter of ELSD was 1.5mL·min-1.Results： The linear range of Astragaloside was within 1.62 to 8.10μg (r=0.9999).The average recovery rate was 99.08%（RSD=1.63%. Conclusion： The established method is convenient and accurate and highly specific， and it can be used for the quality control of Huangqi Shengluo Fukang Pill.
