To study the different points in wuling Preparations and to provide the basis for rational use of drugs. Methods： TLC and GC-MS methods were used. Results： There are different between Cortex Cinnamomi and Cassia Twig，Capsules and tablets. Conclusion： The use of Cortex Cinnamomi and Cassia Twig should be reasonable in Wu Ling Preparations.
