To observe curative effect and safety of Wenxin Granule to treat ventricular contraction of coronary heart disease. Methods： In a self-control， open monotherapy trial， patients were given 9 g Wenxin Granule， 3 times a day， for 8 weeks. Results： The occurrence of ventricular contraction observed in 24 h dynamic ECG was decreased from (6 858±734) before treatment to (2 640±438) after 8-week treatment， ie. decreased by 61.5%. Significant effective rate was 31.3%， effective rate was 51.3%， ineffective rate was 16.5%， total effective rate was 83.5%. Conclusion： Wenxin Granule is a safe medicure to treat ventricular contraction of coronary heart disease.
