The purpose of the trial is to compare the curative effect of the oral intake of Bans Huoxue Tongmai Decoction combined with enema decoction vs. oviduct surgery with antibiotics in treating infertility due to oviduct obstruction. Methods： A total of 72 patients were divided to 2 groups， one group treated with Bans Huoxue Tongmai Decoction combined with enema decoction； the other group had oviduct surgery and antibiotics. Results： Effective rate of the non surgery treatment group was 86.1% and 52.8% for surgery group (P<0.05). Conclusion： Bans Huoxue Tongmai Decoction combined with enema decoction had superior efficacy for treatment of infertility due to oviduct obstruction.
