Based on the epistemology，methodology and practice theory of TCM，this paper first combed the evolution process of the theory of Chinese herbal nature.Then focus on analyzed its theoretical category and deep content structure，which mainly contains three aspects of contents：herbal shape，herbal properties and herbal toxicity.
