To analyze Yangxinshi tablets combined with Trimetazidine treating coronary heart disease induced angina complicated with ventricular premature contractions.Methods：Eighty five patients with coronary heart disease induced angina complicated with ventricular premature contractions treated in our hospital from July 2010 to May 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group were given Yangxinshi tablets combined with Trimetazidine, and patients in the control group received Sorbide Nitrate combined with mexiletine.Results：The improvement of symptoms and ventricular premature contractions, the effective rate in ECG, and total effective rate were all significantly better in the treatment group. There was no side effect occurred in both groups.Conclusion：Yangxinshi tablets combined with Trimetazidine treating coronary heart disease induced angina complicated with ventricular premature contractions can alleviate clinical symptoms, improve ECG with reliable safety.
