    摘要:

    目的:采用星点设计-响应面分析法优化陕产铁筷子皂苷的醇提取工艺。方法:选用乙醇为提取溶剂,以乙醇浓度、乙醇倍数、提取时间为自变量,铁筷子皂苷含量为因变量,采用响应面分析法优化该药材的提取工艺参数。结果:确定了提取工艺的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度70%,提取时间2 h,乙醇倍数6.5倍。在此条件下铁筷子提取物中皂苷的含量为0.065 8 g/g,二项式拟合复相关系数R2=0.847 5。结论:该工艺方法能够用于陕产铁筷子皂苷的提取,并且具有简单、可行,预测性较好优势。

    Abstract:

    To optimize the extraction technology of total dioscin from Helleborus thibetanus Franch of Shaanxi by central composite design response surface method.Methods:Ethanol was used as the extraction solvent,and the parameters of ex-traction technology of total dioscin from Helleborus thibetanus Franch were optimized by 3 factors and 5 levels.Independent variables were ethanol concentration,ethanol multiples and extraction time; dependent variable was the dioscin content.Results:The optimal extraction technology was realized by the following conditions:ethanol concentration was 70%,ethanol was multiplied with 6.5 times,and extraction time was 2 hours.The maximal yield of total dioscin reached to 0.065 8 g/g.Regression coefficient of the binomial fittingcomplex model was 0.8 475.Conclusion:The technology can be used as the extraction process of total dioscin from Helleborus thibetanus Franch of Shaanxi.
