To evaluate the efficacy of Danzhijiangtang Capsule on FINS and IRI of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Randomized controlled trials were electronically retrieved from CBM，CNKI，Wanfang Database，and so on.All articles were assessed according to the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of interventions and then effective data were analyzed by RevMan 5.2 soft ware.Results:Five randomized controlled trials involving 294 Patients were included.Results of Meta-analysis showed that there was statistical difference in the Fasting Insul in ［MD = 1.24，95% CI(0.90，1.59)，P<0.01］，Insulin Resistance Index［MD = 0.20，95% CI(0.14，0.27)，P<0.01.Conclusion:Danzhijiangtang capsule is effective for FINS and IRI of patients with type 2 diabetes.
