To evaluate the clinical efficacy of 5-fluorouracil injection in lesions and Yupingfeng capsule in treating multiple verruca plantaris. Methods:A total of 90 patients with multiple verruca plantaris were divided into 2 groups randomly. The treatment group were given injection of 5-flucytosine combined with oral Yupingfeng capsule; the control group were treated by cryotherapy only. To compare the clinical efficacy after four weeks between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 86% and 65% respectively. The cured rates had statistical difference between the two groups (χ2=5.48,P<0.05). Conclusion:5-fluorouracil injection in lesions and Yupingfeng capsule in treating multiple verruca plantaris can achieve favorable effects.
