Abstract:To observe the Danhong injection on renal hypertension model of rats in vitro heart function.Methods: Thirty renal hypertension model rats made through double kidney double narrow method were randomly divided into model group,verapamil group and Danhong group.Rats in all three groups were beheaded and taken the heart,and the heart perfusion in vitro of Langendorff method was used to measure renal hypertensive model rat heart in vitro for 10 min before Dansheng injection perfusion and perfusion after 0.5,1,2 h left indoor pressure maximum increase/decrease rate (plus or minus ±LV dp/dtmax) (mmHg/s),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD),left indoor pressure peak (LVSP) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF).And this evaluation Danhong injection on renal hypertension model of rat in vitro heart function.Results: Two hours after perfusion of Danhong injection,renal hypertensive rats in vitro heart ±LV dp/dtmax,LVSP,LVEF dropped,compared with model group,P<0.05,and there was significant difference.The LVEDD (and LVEDP showed no obvious influence.Conclusion: Danhong injection on renal hypertensive rats in vitro heart has the function of reducing heart work,and lowering myocardial contraction force,as well as reducing heart load and protecting the myocardium and improving heart function.
