    为了明确连作对丹参药材产量及品质的影响及施肥对连作障碍修复作用。文章采用田间试验的方式,以连作一年的土壤为试验土壤,将不同种类肥料在整地时施入连作土壤。研究连作及施肥后的丹参产量、有效成分含量及抗氧化活性。结果表明连作使丹参的产量下降了21.78%,抗氧化活性也显著降低,但对有效成分含量影响不明显;施用微生物肥使连作丹参的产量提高21.67%,使连作丹参的抗氧化活性得到了显著提高,但施肥处理对有效成分含量影响不大。连作使丹参药材产量和抗氧化活性降低,但不影响有效成分含量,施肥对连作障碍有一定的修复作用。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the influence of continuous cropping on the yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza and the action of fertilization. In this paper, different kinds of fertilizers were applied to sequential cropping land and the contents of active ingredients, yield of Salvia, and antioxidant activity were investigated. The results showed that continuous cropping reduced Salvia yield by 21.78% and decreased antioxidant activity significantly, but have little effect on contents of active ingredients. Using microbial fertilizer increased yield by 21.67% and improved antioxidant activity significantly, while has no impact on contents of active ingredient. Continuous cropping reduce production and antioxidant activity, but have no effect on contents of active ingredients. Fertilization has a certain effect on reducing continuous cropping obstacle to some extend.
