This study aims to investigate the common syndromes diagnosis criteria for chronic hepatitis B (ALT≥2ULN) in Delphi approach. Methods: Based on 1 003 previous cases that were publicized in “National 15 Major Pesearch Projects” in China, the study collected data and used Delphi approach to consult liver experts all over the country, including chronic hepatitis B common syndromes, primary and secondary symptoms, diagnostic criteria, etc. Results: Active coefficient of the experts was 100%, and their authority coefficient were 0.94 and 0.945. Conclusion: The common single syndromes of chronic hepatitis B includes liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder, liver blood stasis, yin deficiency of liver and kidney, spleen deficiency and dampness. The diagnostic criteria of each syndrome combines 3 to 4 main and secondary symptoms.
