To screen out the better ratio of the Fu Yan Xiao capsule prescription composition. Methods： The Fu Yan Xiao capsule prescriptions were divided into three groups， group 1， group 2 and group 3 according to different ratio of compositions. The three groups of prescriptions were evaluated by conducting analgesic test and anti-inflammatory test respectively. Results： Among three groups， the group 2 was evaluated that had best efficacy. Conclusion： The Fu Yan Xiao capsule prescription which had a better therapeutic effect was screened out.
