Gouty arthritis is a metabolic disorder. In recent years， with changing lifestyles， the incidence rate of gouty arthritis gradually increased and studies relate to the disease gradually increased. To further study the formation mechanism and control methods of gouty arthritis， this paper did a review on studies of animal model of gouty arthritis.
