Abstract:To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) comprehensive on infantile autumn lientery, and thus to provide options for clinical treatment. Methods: Two hundred and ten children who treated in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2014 with autumn lientery were randomly divided into two groups, with 105 cases in the control group, and 105 cases in the observation group. The control group was given western medicine and treatment group TCM comprehensive therapy. Observe the relevant indexes in the two groups. Results: In the control group, the cure rate was 48.57% and the total effective rate was 84.76%, while in the observation group, the cure rate was 68.57% and the total effective rate was 91.43%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment, in the aspects of abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloating, stool abnormalities, HAMA score points, there existed significant differences with before treatment in both of the groups, also significant difference existed between the two groups in these aspects respectively(P<0.05). After treatment, in the aspects of defecation frequency, body temperature, stool shape, and lengths of stay, the treatment group returned to normal status in a shorter time than the control group, which were of significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive TCM has a significant effect on infantile autumn lientery.
