To observe the clinical efficacy of Loquat Lung-Clearing Decoction in the treatment of dermatosis of excessive heat in lung and stomach pattern.Methods:Dermatiosis patients of 156 cases, including 66 cases of acne vulgaris, 48 cases of hormone dependent dermatitis and 42 cases of seborrheic dermatitis were all diagnosed as excessive heat in lung and stomach pattern according to patients symptoms and signs. They were treated by Loquat Lung-Clearing Decoction for four weeks and its efficacy was observed.Results:After taking Loquat Lung-Clearing Decoction, all patients in each group manifested with an ideal result that 55 cases recovered, 56 cases showed significant effect, 27 cases showed effect, and the total effective rate was 88.5%.Conclusion:Loquat Lung-Clearing Decoction has a clear efficacy on dermatosis of excessive heat in lung and stomach pattern.
