This paper was a summary of clinical practice of integrated Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation therapy on the treatment of stroke. The paper analyzed operability of the therapy and emphasized standardization of integrated Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation treatment and the necessity of the clinical implementation of integrated rehabilitation treatment. Clinical doctors were expected to hold broad of rehabilitation medical knowledge, set rehabilitation treatment consciousness, improve rehabilitation treatment knows rate, carried out community rehabilitation, and family rehabilitation, for patients with stroke and provide multi-levels and multi-formats of rehabilitation service. It would make patients recover sooner and improve their life qualities and reduce burdens on patients families as well as society.
