Abstract:To summarize the analogous acupoints selecting rule for the treatment of postoperative abdominal distention with acupuncture and moxibustion to reveal the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion and improve clinical curative effect for certain guiding significances. Methods: Fifty-five relevant articles from 1982 to 2015 were collected from CNKI, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform (WF) and VIP Citation Databases for the analysis of analogous acupoints rule of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on postoperative abdominal distention and analyzed by computer retrieval through data mining. Results: Zusanli (ST 36), Shangjuxu (ST 37) and Tianshu (ST 25) are the most commonly applied points. Analogous acupoints are on the stomach meridian of foot-Yangming, which are mainly located on chest, abdomen and lower limbs. Five-shu points and lower sea points are chosen as the main treating points. Conclusion: the analysis of analogous point rule for postoperative abdominal distention may improve the clinical curative effects, which is of important guiding significance.
