To explore clinical curative effect of non dementia vascular cognitive impairment(VCIND)by acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.Methods:A total of 86 patients with VCIND were randomly divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group.The study group were treated by acupuncture combined with cognitive rehabilitation training treatment, the control group were treated with acupuncture treatment, after the treatment of 8 weeks, Montreal cognitive assessment (MOCA) score, activities of daily living scale (ADL)，TCM syndrome score (SDSVD) score and serum homocysteine (HCY)isotropic folate levels of the patients before and after treatment of the two groups were compared, and TCM symptoms after treatment was compared.Results:MOCA score and serum folic acid level of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05)，ADL and SDSVD score，the level of serum HCY score were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), TCM syndrome efficiency was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with cognitive rehabilitation training can effectively improve MOCA score of the patients with VCIND, reduce ADL and SDSVD score, and it can improve the treatment efficiency, so it provides a new idea for VCIND rehabilitation therapy.
