To observe the curative effect of compound Danshen dripping pills(CDDP) treatment early diabetic retinopathy.Methods:A total of 82 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into treatment group(48cases)and the control group(34 cases).All patients were receive conventional therapy which give hypoglycemic agent,lipid-lowering drugs, Antihypertensive drugs,we add CDDP (Tianjin Tasly)to the treatment group,15 grain,tid,oral for 24 weeks;Two groups of patients all need to check the Fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,liver and kidney function,Ophthalmoscope fundus examination,eye-ground photography,fundus fluorescein angiography before and after treatment,In order to observe the change of diabetic retinal pathological changes.Results:The fundus lesions of the treatment group and control group both show better before treatment,differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).And the microangioma,blood spots,Seepage and macular edema in the treatment group improved more obvious,Differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional treatment combined with compound danshen dropping pill can more significantly reduce the number of fundus micro hemangioma,eyeground hemorrhage area, fundus hard(soft) seepage and fundus macular edema area in DR patients.
