To observe curative effect analysis Yangxin Tablet combined with levothyroxine sodium in treatment of hypothyroid heart disease. Methods:The treatment group included 150 cases, given the treatment of yangxin tablet combined with levothyroxine sodium, while patients in the control group with 100 cases were only given levothyroxine sodium treatment. Results:The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 97.37% and was obviously better than that of the control group (75.76%) with statistical significant difference (P<0.05). T3, T4, FT3, FT4, TSH, LVEF, ATIII, FIB, and TM of both the two groups after treatment were improved, compared with those before treatment (P<0.05) and those of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of Yangxin Tablet combined with levothyroxine sodium in treatment of hypothyroid heart disease is distinct, with fast symptoms improvement and no obvious side effects.
