To provide scientific proof for promoting quality standard of Jianshen Pill by determining the level of adenosine in it.Methods:HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chromatography) method was used with Agilent TC-C18(2) column ( 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm ) and a mobile phase of Acetonitrile-Water (6：94).Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 25 ℃.The detection wavelength was 260nm and sample loop volume 10 μl.Results:The calibration curve linear within the range of 1.25~20.00 μg /mL of acetonitrile,and the average recovery was 101.04% (RSD=1.93%).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,which can be used for the quality control of Jianshen Pill.
