To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Longmu Zhuanggu granule on children anorexia. Methods: Fifty patients with anorexia were given the granule orally and TCM syndromes improvement were observed before and after treatment. Results: Forty-nine-cases were completely observed, falling 1 cases. Among the 49 cases, 6 cases recovered, 24 cases markedly improved, and 18 cases improved, and 1 case show none improvement. The total effect rate is 98%. Conclusion: Longmu Zhuanggu granule is effective in treating children anorexia. Also, because it has good taste, children can easily accept it, and it should be widely applied clinically.
